The Trust is governed by five Members and a Board of 10 Trustees. The Members appoint the Trustees and also have the power to dismiss them. The Trust Board can also co-opt Trustees to the Board.
The Trustees delegate powers to the Local Governing Boards and also appoint Governors. The Local Governing Board can also co-opt Governors. The powers delegated are detailed in our Scheme of Delegation which can be found here.
